In this call: This is a rough idea of the topics we cover during the call. 1. Get to know your Japan travel needs. 2. Make recommendations based on your travel needs. 3. Start constructing your itinerary framework. 4. Fill in any gaps we might have missed. 5. Discuss cultural expectations of a traveler. 6. Review of your itinerary expectations. We will take all that we've learned from the conversation and create your itinerary. Delivery typically takes 2 business days (via email). We are happy to make up to 2 revisions within 7 days of the initial itinerary delivery. If needed we can schedule an additional 15 minutes call to clarify any adjustments. Our itineraries are very thorough including: • Pictures, Address • Time and Date • Travel buffer time • Transportation Info, including train line and platform number • Directions from last destination • Reservation instructions • Additional details • Color Code NOTE: Most people go on a longer trip but want specific days organized. If this true for you, pick the plan based on the amount of days you need organized. The days do not need to be consecutive.
